In the past year, the group focused on its core industry sectors, continuously enhancing its service capabilities and industry influence. In the international logistics sector, the transportation project of bauxite from Guinea in West Africa is progressing steadily. The ARIES (Aries) and TAURUS (Taurus) ships have both set sail, and the related equipment has been put into operation at the project site in Guinea, further strengthening the foundation of port transfer services in West Africa.
In terms of domestic business, the first intermodal train connecting Vung Tau Port in Vietnam with Xinjiang for transporting alumina successfully departed. The breakthrough efforts in unloading at the Xinjiang Jiusen Railway Dedicated Line have achieved remarkable results. Shihezi Jiusen has efficiently handled the "major test" of concentrated arrival of alumina at the station. The "Ultra-fast 1 Hour" service successfully supported the launch of the new factory of the customer. The railway dedicated line of Wuxi Jiusen's Chaoyang Depot has launched container loading and unloading services... We have upgraded the service system in multiple dimensions, providing customers with more comprehensive solutions through an efficient and collaborative logistics network.
In the field of futures delivery, Ju Shen Warehousing has obtained the qualification for futures delivery of cast aluminum from the Shanghai Futures Exchange and completed the generation of the first batch of standard warehouse receipts for cast aluminum futures on the Shanghai Futures Exchange. Qinzhou Ju Shen's first batch of log futures was successfully delivered, filling the gap in the log futures delivery field in Guangxi. Ju Shen Warehousing has designated an oxidation aluminum futures delivery warehouse in Xinjiang. The storage capacity of this warehouse has been expanded from 10,000 tons to 15,000 tons, which has increased efficiency and effectiveness, helping to enhance the delivery efficiency and improving the service chain of the aluminum industry.
On December 25, 2025, Jushen Warehousing was awarded the title of "Outstanding Delivery Warehouse of 2025", which reflects the continuous recognition by the Shanghai Futures Exchange of the company's standardized operation and high-quality services. This also confirms the stable development trend of Jushen Warehousing in the field of commodity delivery business.

Establish a platform for industrial-finance synergy
The group adheres to the concept of open cooperation and actively builds diverse communication platforms to deepen cooperation between government and enterprises as well as between research institutions and enterprises, and to unite development efforts. In terms of investor relations management, it has successfully held multiple "Visiting Jiusen Co., Ltd." investor communication activities, enhancing the understanding and recognition of the company by the capital market. At the level of government-enterprise collaboration, the Transportation Bureau of Huishan District and the government-enterprise delegation from Shunde District, among others, have successively visited the group for research and guidance. All parties jointly discussed the construction experience of delivery warehouses and promoted the high-quality development of the logistics industry.
In terms of industrial exchanges, the group collaborated with futures institutions and industry colleagues to explore new paths for industrial development. Throughout the year, it organized or participated in a number of important industrial events, including the South China Stainless Steel Exchange Conference, the South China Zinc Metal Exchange Conference, the Special Sharing Conference on Casting Aluminum Alloy Industry, and the Cotton Yarn Industry Exchange Conference for "Stabilizing Enterprises and Farmers, Supporting the Real Economy". These events jointly created an industrial "safe haven" and established an important bridge for industrial financing integration, facilitating the coordinated development of the industry.

Throughout the year, activities such as fire safety training, vehicle tire blowout emergency drills, and autumn large-scale commodity transportation safety special campaigns were carried out. Through police-enterprise collaboration, a transportation safety defense line was firmly established. A total of 100 drivers jointly formed an accident prevention barrier, creating a favorable atmosphere where "everyone talks about safety, everything is for safety, and safety is always on mind".
