Hong Kong Jufeng Shipping Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Jutai Shipping Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Shenrui Shipping Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Shenhao Shipping Co., Ltd., Ningbo Jushen Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd., Tianjin Jushen Zhiyun Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Jushen Import and Export Co., Ltd. were established. The company was renamed "Jushen Logistics Group Co., Ltd., Ltd.". Jushen Storage was approved as a designated delivery warehouse for cast aluminum alloy futures of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and awarded the title of "2025 Outstanding Delivery Warehouse".

Hainan Junshen Information Technology Co., LTD., Gongyi Junshen Supply Chain Service Co., LTD., Jiayi International Logistics Co., LTD., Jiayi International Logistics Co., LTD., Junshen Guinea Co., LTD., Hong Kong Junshen Logistics Co., Ltd. was established.
In the same year, Jushen Warehouse was approved as the designated delivery warehouse of cotton yarn futures of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, the production and finance service base of "Strong Source to assist enterprises" of Shanghai Futures Exchange, and was rated as "Excellent Delivery Warehouse in 2024"; Qinzhou Torch was approved as the designated delivery site of Dalian Commodity Exchange log futures.

Jushen Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Singapore Qinhan Shipping Pte. Ltd., and Jiayue International Logistics Co., Ltd. were established. In July, the dedicated railway line of Xinjiang Jushen Land-Port Intermodal Co., Ltd. went into operation. In August, the company's proprietary "Jushen Group Management Platform" passed the Class III Cybersecurity Classified Protection Certification. In November, Jushen Storage was rated as the "2023 Outstanding Delivery Warehouse of the Shanghai Futures Exchange."

In April,the company was listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock abbreviation: Jushen Shares, stock code: 001202.
In the same month, it was awarded the advanced collective of Foshan City.

Guangxi Qinzhou Bonded Port Area Jushen International Logistics Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Jushen Zhiyun Information Technology Co., Ltd. were established.
In the same year, Jushen Warehousing added copper futures delivery varieties; Guangdong Jushen Logistics Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Jushen Warehousing Co., Ltd. were rated as "Guangdong Province contract and credit enterprises".

In August, the company was approved as a national AAAA logistics enterprise;
In November, the authoritative domestic magazine "China Color Metal" conducted a special interview and report on the company, and the company's visibility and influence in the industry have been greatly improved.

Xinjiang Jushen Dry Port Transport Co., Ltd. and Foshan Sanshui Jushen Storage Co., Ltd. were established.

Shihezi Jushen Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Jushen Storage Co., Ltd. were established.
In the same year, Jushen Warehouse was approved to become the designated delivery warehouse of aluminum futures in Shanghai Futures Exchange.

In May, Danzao Logistics Park (Phase I) commenced operation. In July, the firm finished joint-stock restructuring and changed its name to Guangdong Jushen Logistics Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. By late October, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) granted approval for the company’s stock to be listed and traded on the New Third Board.

The company passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification;
Danzao Logistics Center Jushen Logistics Park (Phase I) was built.

The storage operation point of Sanyanqiao Railway warehouse was put into operation, and the storage business was further expanded and improved.

The newly built Luocun Warehouse was put into operation, marking the official launch of warehousing business; the scale of transportation services expanded significantly.

Guangdong Jushen Logistics Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Jushen Storage Co., Ltd. have been established.
