After receiving the written instruction of preparing a warehouse receipt from the customers, the business office confirms the warehousing and inventory status of the goods, and then confirm the relevant notices on the application for commodity delivery in the electronic warehouse receipt system of Shanghai Futures Exchange, before arranging the staff to carry out operations such as goods adjustment and stacking.

The customers need to provide the valid documents of the goods for making the futures warehouse receipt. The original copy of Product Quality Certificate is required for domestic goods.

When stacking the goods according to the futures warehouse receipt, the staff have to check the surface quality and packaging condition of the goods, count the quantity of the goods, arrange the cargo space, stack the goods according to the weight requirements of the futures warehouse receipt, and submit the stacking details to the order handling staff.

After checking and confirming the data of goods as correct according to the stacking details of a warehousing receipt, the data will be processed with the warehouse receipt management system of Shanghai Futures Exchange, before the customers are notified after preparing the corresponding electronic warehouse receipt.

Regular inspection and inventory checking are performed on the goods specified in futures warehouse receipts, and relevant statistical data and statements are provided according to the requirements of Shanghai Futures Exchange.
