On June 10, 2026, Guangdong Jushen Warehousing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jushen Co., Ltd., successfully completed the registration of the first international copper futures warehouse receipt with the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) at the Huangpu warehouse in Guangzhou. As one of the first institutions in South China to obtain the qualification for operating an international copper delivery warehouse, the successful registration of this warehouse receipt signifies the official launch of the company's international copper futures delivery business. At the same time, it further improves the layout of international copper delivery services in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Previously, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange established an international copper futures designated delivery warehouse in the Guangzhou Huangpu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, filling the gap in the bonded copper delivery sector in South China. Since then, the bonded copper delivery network has extended from the Yangtze River Delta to the Pearl River Delta, forming a brand-new delivery pattern of coordinated collaboration between Shanghai and Guangdong. Relying on the unique geographical advantages and bonded policy benefits of the Huangpu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, copper production and trading enterprises within the region can significantly reduce the time for goods circulation and warehouse registration, significantly lower the comprehensive operating costs of logistics, warehousing, and delivery, and precisely address the existing pain points in the local development of the non-ferrous metal industry.
After obtaining the qualification for international copper delivery warehouse, Jushen Warehousing has coordinated the management and front-line staff, systematically studied the international copper delivery management regulations of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange; simultaneously, it optimized the operation norms of the entire warehousing process, iteratively upgraded the intelligent warehousing information management system, and regularly conducted on-site professional practical training. It strictly controlled the core business links such as goods entry and acceptance, information data verification, and standard warehouse registration, to ensure the efficient implementation of the warehouse registration business with a standardized and regulated operation system. The successful generation of the first warehouse receipt this time is not only an intuitive demonstration of the company's comprehensive service strength for commodity futures delivery, but also a key practical achievement of Jushen Group's deep integration of the real economy and the commodity futures and spot markets.
Subsequently, Jushen Storage will fully leverage the industrial hub function of the designated delivery warehouse to provide one-stop efficient warehousing and delivery support services for the entire copper industry chain enterprises in the Greater Bay Area. It will continuously open up the futures and spot interactive circulation channels, promote the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of the non-ferrous metal industry chain and supply chain, and empower and assist the high-quality development of the non-ferrous metal industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
