On January 22, Cao Bo, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and his delegation visited Jushen for investigation and guidance. During the investigation, the leaders had a detailed understanding of Jushen's operating conditions, market development and other aspects. On January 27, leaders of Guangxi Qinzhou Free Trade Port Zone visited Jushen for investigation and exchange. The purpose of this investigation was to deepen the understanding of the company's business operations and provide policy guidance and support for the company's future development. At the meeting, the research team had in-depth exchanges with the company's management team on the company's operating model, service quality and other aspects, and also put forward valuable suggestions and expectations for Jushen's future development. Taking this survey as an opportunity, Jushen will further optimize the company's operation management, improve service levels, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and contribute more to the economic development of Guangxi Qinzhou Free Trade Port Zone.


Team building

Recently, in order to strengthen employees' service awareness and improve service quality, Lei Qi, general manager of Jushen Co., Ltd., personally taught the course "Service Quality is the Lifeline of an Enterprise" to all employees. The training content covered service concepts, communication skills, customer relationship management, etc. Combining the "offline + online" approach, more than 200 Jushen employees participated in this training.

At the meeting, Mr. Lei gave concise and in-depth explanations and shared practical cases, allowing employees to quickly absorb the key skills for improving service quality, demonstrating the company's top-down emphasis on comprehensively improving service quality. In the future work, I believe that all employees will be able to integrate what they learned from the training into actual work, achieve customer satisfaction through high-quality services, and jointly help improve the company's brand image.

In January, Jushen was awarded the 2023 "Public Welfare Enterprise" by the Danzao General Chamber of Commerce in Nanhai District, Foshan City.
