"Winning in Execution" themed training
On February 24, in order to strengthen the execution ability of the company's employees, the company invited lecturer Zhan Chengjin from Pioneer Education Group to conduct a training activity with the theme of "Winning in Execution". Combining online + offline methods, more than 100 employees of the company participated in this training event.
In class, teacher Zhan Chengjin gave a detailed explanation from the five aspects of responsibility thinking, results thinking, wolf thinking, high standards and strict requirements management concepts, and gratitude through PPT courseware demonstrations. The classroom content is vivid and the language is easy to understand, allowing employees to gain a certain positive understanding of topics such as "how to correctly understand responsibility thinking to promote problem solving and improve team execution" and "how to invest efficiently to maximize output". Teacher Zhan’s wonderful speeches frequently won rounds of applause from the participating employees, and his humorous jokes made the training class lively and interesting.
After the training, everyone actively participated in the interaction. Two employees took the stage and shared their learning experiences and experiences in terms of job responsibilities and career growth experiences based on the course content.
