The competition adopts a two-stage model of "theory + practical operation". The first stage consists of a "Theoretical Knowledge Competition" involving all forklift drivers and a 21-day "Habit Formation Practical Operation Competition". The theoretical examination is conducted online through an online platform, covering core contents such as forklift knowledge and safety regulations. The practical operation session focuses on the core indicators of daily operations: relying on the "Shenyou Zone" mini-program and the enterprise wechat inspection system, a comprehensive and data-driven tracking and scoring is conducted on the drivers' tonnage efficiency, fuel consumption control, forklift inspection rate, maintenance execution rate, and safe and standardized operation.

The top 10 drivers who stood out in the first stage in terms of overall ranking will advance to the second stage to compete for the "Container Efficient Operation Award". Without affecting their daily production, they completed the container unloading task. The judging team composed of the First Warehouse Management Department and the Human Resources and Administration Center strictly timed and evaluated the standardization based on the "Container Unloading Step Scoring Table".
Facing complex scenarios such as the mixture of bundled and loose goods inside the box, the contestants remained calm and composed, demonstrating excellent on-the-spot handling capabilities.
