On June 26, 2025, the new self-sailing deck cargo ship "TAURUS" (Taurus) under Jushen Logistics Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Jushen Co., LTD.") held a brief departure ceremony at a port terminal in South China. With the sound of firecrackers setting off, "TAURUS" officially headed for Guinea in West Africa. This is the second barge that Jushen Co., Ltd. plans to put into operation in Guinea after "ARIES", which will further improve the company's barge transportation business layout in Guinea.
"TAURUS" is an important transportation capacity deployed by the company to strengthen the barge service. This ship has undergone high-standard renovation and upgrading, and its performance is relatively superior. It is learned that the vessel is approximately 120 meters long, has a good cargo carrying capacity, and a well-arranged deck space, which can provide stable support for local barge transportation in Guinea. As the second core vessel deployed by Jushen Co., Ltd. in Guinea, "TAURUS" will work in synergy with the previously planned "ARIES" to jointly enhance the company's transportation service capabilities in the barge market of Guinea in West Africa, strengthen the stability of the resource supply chain, and improve the company's market competitiveness.
