In order to implement the spirit of the Group Company's notice on strengthening production safety management during the May Day holiday, the Risk Control and Audit Department launched a risk prevention and control month activity with the theme of "Top-down Linkage without Disconnection, Long-term safety Grip without Slackening" at the end of April this year. This event aims to strengthen the group's guidance, inspection and supervision over the safety management work of each subsidiary, and ensure the safety of employees and stored goods. Since the end of April, the Risk Control and Audit Department has rationally allocated personnel, traveling from South China to East China, from Henan to Xinjiang, to subsidiaries across the country, actively conducting on-site safety inspections and inventory checks of warehouse goods. By the end of May, this activity had achieved good results.

Since mid-May, the Risk Control and Audit Department has once again split into two teams. One team headed west to Shihezi and Changji Zhundong in Xinjiang, while the other headed east to Wuxi in Jiangsu and Ningbo in Zhejiang. They have carried out a new round of on-site inventory checks of the goods stored in each warehouse and a "look back" on the implementation of the risk prevention and control work in the previous stage.
During the Risk Prevention and Control Month campaign, all members of the Risk Control Audit Department, except for those on duty and staying behind, were dispatched. They traveled nearly 10,000 kilometers, covering all subsidiaries and warehouses related to warehousing business within the group. Carry out routine risk prevention and control work such as inventory taking of stored goods, rechecking business documents, inspecting business operation processes, and checking the seal management system in an orderly manner as planned. At the same time, coordinate and solve the risk problems that are prone to occur in daily management.
Through management interaction, from the current situation, the personnel safety and inventory safety management level of each subsidiary and warehouse have been improved to a certain extent. This has also eliminated potential risks and hazards for safe production in the coming period and provided a guarantee for the achievement of the phased tasks of each subsidiary and even the entire group.
