On June 3, in order to promote industry-university cooperation, more than 30 college students from Foshan University came to visit and study in Jushen Shares, personally understand the development trend of logistics and warehousing industry, and truly feel the working form of enterprises.
At the beginning of the event, the Jushen management team briefly introduced the company's development history, the scope of services and the latest technology applications, and the students gained an in-depth understanding of the complexity and innovation involved in commodity logistics management. At the symposium, a lively interactive discussion session was held, in which students and the company's management team actively discussed important topics such as innovation in logistics supply chain management and the impact of technological development on the future of the industry, which not only deepened their understanding of the development trend of the logistics industry, but also gained practical career advice.
Subsequently, the visiting team walked into the Danzao warehouse of Jushen Warehouse and observed the scene of the efficient operation of the warehousing and logistics industry at close range. During the visit, the relevant staff of the warehouse management department not only introduced the operation principle of the equipment in detail, but also shared the challenges encountered in daily work, so that the students had a deeper understanding of the actual work of the industry.
This visit not only provides an opportunity for college students to have an in-depth understanding of the operation of the warehousing and logistics industry, but also strengthens the contact and cooperation between Junshen and universities, creating favorable conditions for the introduction and training of talents in the future.
On June 28, a wonderful training session with the theme of "How to identify and make good use of talents" was successfully held.
The training was taught by Lei Qi, chairman and general manager of Ju Shen Shares. With his rich management experience and unique insights, Lei explained to employees the importance of talent for enterprise development. He stressed that the fierce competition in today's market is, in the final analysis, the competition for talents. The key to the success of an enterprise lies in whether it is good at identifying, selecting and retaining outstanding talents.
During the training process, Mr. Lei shared his own experiences in talent introduction, training and team building, and borrowed the "best path to find top talents - the Big Dipper model" to put forward the talent plan for the future development of the company. In the interactive session, the participating employees actively raised constructive questions about how to identify and make good use of talents around the training theme, and discussed how to better apply the training content in daily work, and how to effectively create a good atmosphere for recognizing, educating and employing people in the enterprise in practice.
The training activity was successfully concluded in a warm atmosphere, and the participating employees said that through this study, they not only have a deeper understanding of talent management, but also have a clearer positioning of their roles and responsibilities in the future work.
