Recently, at the railway dedicated line platform of Xinjiang Jushen Lu Gang Intermodal Transport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinjiang Jushen), there was a situation of heavy containers being piled up. Hundreds of groups of containers ready for dispatch were neatly stacked, which not only occupied a large amount of working space but also affected the normal loading and unloading operations of subsequent trains.
After identifying the problem, the Special Investigation Department of Xinjiang Jushen Expressway promptly launched a special investigation and quickly clarified the root cause of the backlog. After confirming that this backlog was caused by external factors affecting the coal transportation out of Xinjiang, resulting in insufficient resources for the aluminum products' outbound trains, Xinjiang Jushen responded promptly and took the initiative. On one hand, they patiently explained to the customers the pain points of the transportation difficulties, striving to gain their full understanding. On the other hand, they actively coordinated with relevant departments of the Urumqi Railway Logistics Center to strive to coordinate the shipment of heavy containers within the station. All personnel adhered to a high sense of responsibility and with efficient execution, fully promoted the shipping work, effectively resolving the transportation bottlenecks, and successfully controlled the number of outbound heavy containers within the normal operation range. This not only ensured the smooth shipment of the containers but also guaranteed the timely arrival of the goods at the destination for the customers.
The successful completion of this heavy container backlog disposal work fully demonstrates the efficient collaborative combat capabilities of all departments of Xinjiang Jushen, and also highlights the spirit of "overcoming difficulties and taking on responsibilities" of all personnel. Xinjiang Jushen will systematically summarize the problems identified in the previous work and the experience in solving them, further optimize the railway loading and unloading operation process, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of loading and transportation services, and provide customers with more stable and efficient logistics support.
