From May 13th to 18th, open-top trucks loaded with tonnage packages of alumina arrived in a concentrated manner, ushering in a peak operation period for the Xinjiang Jushen Railway Dedicated Line. Xinjiang Jushen successfully accomplished this task with its professional strength and proactive response.

Under the extensive mobilization of the warehouse management department, 15 staff members, including operators of three straddle cranes, riggers, enterprise transporters, dispatchers and management personnel, quickly threw themselves into the intense unloading operation. After continuous efforts, the unloading task of an open car was successfully completed, setting a new record for the shortest time to unload an open car ton package on the Xinjiang Jushen Railway Dedicated Line. It was recognized by the Zhundong Business Department, the Urumqi Logistics Center and the Railway Bureau.
The successful completion of this unloading task is attributed to several effective management decisions:
NO.1 Equipment supportIt is necessary to ensure in advance that the three-platform lifting equipment has good performance and complete lifting gear accessories to meet the requirements of group lifting, providing a solid hardware foundation for efficient unloading.
NO.2 Personnel Division of Labor
Each platform crane is equipped with a 5-person operation team, which conducts the lifting of goods and the removal of tarpaulins simultaneously. The division of labor is clear and responsibilities are assigned to each position, maximizing the efficiency of both machinery and manpower.
Strengthening regional responsibility and synchronous collaboration, the three unloading teams closely cooperate in their respective areas to ensure uninterrupted unloading operations and form an efficient operational synergy.
NO.4 Logistics Support
The logistical support is strong. The meal boxes are delivered to the posts. Employees take turns to drink water and have meals, ensuring that the machine stops working without interruption. Fragmented time is rationally utilized to guarantee the smooth implementation of the uninterrupted operation mode.
