During the basic self-inspection stage of the team, before the daily shift handover, the equipment and facility operators conduct a detailed verification of key items such as the appearance of the equipment, lubrication system, and safety devices one by one in accordance with the "Daily Inspection Form for Equipment and Facilities". Once any abnormality is detected, it should be promptly and accurately marked and reported. The weekly departmental inspections further deepen professionalism. Maintenance personnel transform into professional "detectives", thoroughly inspecting the core components of high-risk equipment such as container straddles and forklifts. They focused on inspecting the wear degree of transmission components, the stability of the electrical system and the sensitivity of the safety valve, and recorded them in detail in the "Weekly Hazard Ledger", providing detailed data support for equipment safety.

Equipment operators strictly record the operation parameters of the equipment every day, covering key data such as pressure, temperature, lubrication conditions and abnormal vibration conditions. These data are uploaded in real time through the enterprise wechat to ensure that problems are "traced as soon as they are discovered". It was precisely through this mechanism that the potential hazard of the mushroom head of the container's front lifting gear not being able to return to its normal position was successfully detected in advance, thus avoiding the possible production interruption caused by the failure of container grasping.
